You can always try difference spices to live up the cabbage
soup, so
that you don't get bored with the same recipe.

1/2 head cabbage, cut into bite size pieces.

3 large onions, sliced
-
1 head celery, cut into bite size pieces

1 can of chopped tomato
-
1 large green pepper, cut into bite size
pieces
-
1 large carrot, cut into bite size
pieces

Season to taste with salt, pepper
-
some fresh parsley.

2.5 L of water or vegetable broth
Directions:

Sauté green onions with cooking spray in a
saucepan for a second.

Add in the rest of the ingredients, and add
enough water or broth to cover everything.

Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down, and simmer until
vegetables are
soft.

Blend if preferred.

Eat all the soup you want, whenever you
want.
Note : Please consult a doctor before
starting the cabbage soup diet. This is vital especially for people
who have special dietary needs. Do not follow this diet for
more than a period of seven days.
