Here's the 7-Days Diet Plan of what you can eat and what you can't eat. Follow the plan strictly for only a week and you will see the desire weight loss. 7 days diet plan with cabbage soup diet

Day 1:
        - Eat only fruit. All type of fruit BUT no bananas.
        -
Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, and water.
        - Have unlimited amount of cabbage soup.

 

Day 2:
        - Eat all vegetables, raw or cooked BUT avoid beans, peas and sweet corn.
        -
Enjoys also baked potato with a Little butter.
        - No fruit for the day.

        - Have unlimited amount of cabbage soup.

       
         
Day 3:
        - Eat as much of vegetables, raw or cooked BUT avoid beans, peas and sweet corn.
        - Eat as much of fruit BUT no bananas.
        - No fruit for the day.

        - Have unlimited amount of cabbage soup
 

Day 4:
        - Eat as many of 8 bananas.
        - Drink as many of 8 glasses of skim milk
     
  - Have unlimited amount of cabbage soup.
 

Day 5:
        - You may have 300-500g (10-20 ounces)
of beef or skinless chicken or fish.
        - Eat a large tin or 6 fresh tomatoes.

Make sure you drink at least 6-8 glasses of water.
        - Have your cabbage soup at least once.
 

Day 6:
        - Eat beef or skinless chicken or fish plus fresh vegetables or salad
. No baked potato.
        - Drink 8 glasses of water.
        - Have your cabbage soup at least once.
 

Day 7:
        - Brown rice, vegetables, and unsweetened fruit juice for the day.
        - No alcohol, bread or diet soda.
        - Have your cabbage soup at least once.
