The Cabbage Soup "7-Days Diet Plan" allowed as much water and cabbage soup, with a very restricted set of other foods. Each day of the 7-days plan has specific foods that must be eaten and foods that should not be eaten and the results of following the plan is very evident. However, so far there isn't any scientific support for this diet nor any medical facilities have claimed it as their own. If you are thinking of practicing this diet, you should consult your doctor if you have any health concerns before starting. Note: Cabbage Soup Diet is not suitable for long term weight loss, but is a good start before you undertake a more sustainable long term weight loss plan. This diet is certainly not suitable for children and adolescents.
